Terms and Conditions

Preamble
These terms govern sales made onwww.patapom.frbetween the artist Patricia Perrier (seller) and any person (customer) making a purchase through the website.

1. Products
The products offered are original artworks or art reproductions. Each product page provides a detailed description. Photos are as accurate as possible but may show slight differences.

2. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT (5.5%). Shipping is free.

3. Order
Orders are confirmed once payment is validated. The buyer will receive a confirmation email.

4. Payment
Payments are securely processed via MyPos.

5. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 5 to 15 business days unless otherwise stated. For reproductions, shipping may take longer during printer holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. The artist cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have a 14-day period from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized or made-to-order artworks.

7. Returns
If you are disappointed upon receiving an original artwork, we cover the return shipping costs (this has never happened, but one never knows!). Return shipping for reproductions is the customer’s responsibility. The artwork must be returned in its original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.

8. Personal Data
Collected data is used solely for order processing or customer relations. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
